Job Description
TeamAce Limited is currently seeking a Lawyer for our client, a distinguished company specializing in property evaluation and estate management services in the real estate industry.
Job Title: Lawyer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Summary
The lawyer’s main responsibilities will include preparing proper legal citations, statutory interpretations, and maintaining accurate case files, notes, and reports. They will also work closely with team members to prepare comprehensive briefs for each case that goes to trial.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
- Schedule and conduct depositions of witnesses and experts.
- Research legal concepts, case law, judicial opinions, statutes, and regulations.
- Negotiate cases to meet the needs of the firm and the client.
- Ensure all parties are carrying out court ordered sentences and paying necessary fines.
- Write legal documents such as contracts, lawsuits, deeds, wills, and appeals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (BSC).
- Minimum of 3-6 years of strong experience in real estate law.
- Industry knowledge including litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
Salary:
- N250,00 – N350,00 Monthly.
