Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Business Development and Grants Executive to identify funding opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and manage grant proposals and reporting to advance organizational growth.
- Responsibilities: research prospective funders, develop and submit competitive proposals, manage donor and partner relationships, monitor budgets and compliance, prepare timely reports, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
- Requirements: minimum 3 years of experience in business development or grant management, excellent proposal writing and negotiation skills, strong project management abilities, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ideal Candidate: strategic thinker, detail‑oriented, comfortable working to deadlines with multiple stakeholders, and committed to measurable impact.
