Job Description
Ascentech Services Ltd seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing activities across Lagos, reporting to the Business Development Manager. You will manage Area Sales Managers and Territory Sales Inspectors, develop and implement sales, marketing, financial, and organizational strategies, drive field engagement to meet volume targets, communicate objectives to teams, and collect market and competitive intelligence.
- Qualifications: HND or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales management; FMCG experience preferred.
- Employment: Full-time.
