We are seeking a professional Front Desk Officer to serve as a welcoming and efficient first point of contact. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing multi-line phone systems, conducting check-ins/check-outs, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and supporting basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, proficiency with MS Office and reservation systems, keen attention to detail, and a polite, organized demeanor. Prior front desk or hospitality experience is preferred. This full-time position requires reliable attendance and a friendly, professional attitude; shifts may include weekends.
