Job Description
HAL seeks an experienced Lounge Supervisor to manage daily lounge operations and ensure adherence to company standards. The Supervisor will oversee bartenders, servers, cleaners, and security; coordinate shifts; monitor staff appearance and punctuality; resolve guest complaints; maintain cleanliness and ambiance; manage inventory and opening/closing cash reconciliations; report incidents; and support staff training.
- Qualifications: B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field, proven hospitality experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and effective conflict-resolution abilities.
- Hours: Shift-based (evenings, nights, weekends, holidays). Full-time, on-site. Competitive, negotiable salary starting at ₦70,00/month.
