Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to review benefit applications, calculate entitlements, complete supporting documentation, verify eligibility against policy, follow up on outstanding issues, engage customers across channels, and maintain the benefits database.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business or Economics; 1–2 years’ experience in analysis, documentation, or data processing; pension knowledge advantageous.
- Skills: data interpretation, meticulous verification, payment processing, client engagement, and risk reporting.
