Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service via phone, chat, and email. You will resolve customer issues, accurately document interactions, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Responsibilities: respond to inquiries, troubleshoot product and account problems, maintain accurate records, meet service-level targets, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
- Qualifications: 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong English communication, proven problem-solving skills, familiarity with CRM systems, empathy, and flexibility to work varied shifts. Experience in SaaS or e-commerce is a plus.
