Job Description

We seek a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support seminary and institute operations. Responsibilities include managing calendars, answering phone and email inquiries, maintaining student and faculty records, coordinating meetings and events, preparing correspondence, and performing basic bookkeeping.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, strict confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems. Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy academic, faith-based environment is required. Prior administrative experience and familiarity with religious or educational settings are preferred. This role provides essential administrative support to faculty, staff, and students to ensure efficient daily operations.
