Job Description
We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. The role requires designing and executing recruitment strategies, managing onboarding, overseeing performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will advise managers on policy interpretation, implement training programs, conduct employee investigations, and drive initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM‑CP)
- Strong communication and leadership skills; proficiency with HRIS and payroll processes
