Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Brand Management team, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient project coordination.
- Manage calendars and travel arrangements; coordinate meetings and agendas.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive communications.
- Serve as a liaison with internal teams and external partners to facilitate timely execution.
- Maintain attention to detail and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years supporting senior staff, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, and strong multitasking ability.
