Job Description
Staffora Global seeks an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our beauty and luxury hair retail location. This full-time position offers a salary of ₦150,00 per month. Responsibilities include supervising staff attendance and performance, managing inventory, overseeing sales and order fulfillment, resolving customer issues, supporting sales activities, maintaining store cleanliness and professional standards, preparing basic operational reports, and enforcing company policies.
- Required: prior supervisory or team-lead experience (retail preferred)
- Skills: strong leadership and communication, ability to multitask with minimal supervision, excellent customer service and problem-solving, and attention to detail
