Job Description
Don Quester Consulting seeks a full-time Pastries Baker to produce high-quality pastries and desserts for Ojota Supermarket. Responsibilities include preparing meat pies, sausage rolls, doughnuts, and assorted desserts while adhering to recipes, portion control, and production schedules. Monitor baking temperatures, presentation, and consistency; support daily and seasonal menus; and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and stock control to minimize waste.
- Requirements: SSCE or equivalent; pastry/catering training and prior baking experience preferred.
- Attributes: creative, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about food safety.
- Compensation: ₦80,00–₦100,00 per month. On-site position.
