Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Recruitment and Training Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring and employee development for our distributed team. You will lead full-cycle recruitment—sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews—while maintaining the applicant tracking system. Design and deliver structured onboarding and ongoing training programs via LMS tools, and analyze hiring metrics to improve quality of hire and retention. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with ATS and LMS platforms, and a minimum of two years’ experience in recruitment or training. This remote role requires self-motivation, attention to candidate experience, and effective collaboration with hiring managers.
