Hotel Capitol seeks a courteous and professional Customer Service Representative to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include greeting guests, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining interaction records, coordinating with internal departments, and keeping the front area orderly.

• Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc and 1–3 years customer service experience (hotel, retail, or service preferred).
• Skills: strong verbal and written communication, basic computer proficiency, interpersonal skills, problem solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and time management.
• Availability: must be able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Attributes: reliability, honesty, and a professional appearance are required.
