Job Description
Amala360 Degrees Ltd seeks a disciplined Chef to prepare high-quality meals in accordance with company recipes, hygiene standards, and service timelines. Key responsibilities include preparing portions to approved recipes, ensuring consistent taste and presentation, and cooking promptly for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders.
- Maintain clean workstations, proper food storage, and accurate stock records; report shortages or equipment faults.
- Strictly adhere to food safety protocols, including appropriate attire and temperature control.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams, follow supervisory instructions, support new staff, and demonstrate punctuality and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time. Compensation: ₦70,00–₦110,00 per month.
