Job Description
NEXUS ARK RESOURCE LIMITED seeks a full-time Assistant Griller to support the kitchen grill station. The role includes preparing and portioning meats, poultry, fish, and vegetables; operating the grill with precise heat and timing control; maintaining consistent quality, flavor, and presentation; and ensuring strict hygiene and food-safety standards. The Assistant Griller will keep the station organized and stocked, assist with packaging takeout orders, and collaborate closely with chefs and servers to ensure timely service.
- Preferred: prior grill or kitchen experience, good knife skills
- Must: heat control, multitasking, reliability, teamwork, ability to stand for long periods and work in hot conditions
- Compensation: up to ₦70,00 per month
