Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster open communication across the organization. The role leads performance management, designs appraisal systems, and coaches managers on delivering constructive feedback and improvement plans. You will plan and deliver training and development programs to support career progression, oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll to ensure competitive packages, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Partner with senior leadership on HR strategy and implement engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Salary: ₦130,00–₦160,00 per month.
