Job Description
We are seeking an Application Support Officer to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize business applications, ensuring reliable performance. Responsibilities include responding to user tickets, applying software updates and patches, coordinating solutions with development teams, and producing clear user guides and documentation.
- 1–2 years’ experience in application support or IT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with SQL and ticketing systems
- Effective communication and customer-service orientation
- Willingness to work flexible hours; bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
