Job Description
Greywood Hotels & Apartments seeks a detail-oriented, proactive Hotel Procurement Manager to oversee procurement of goods and services. This full-time position entails sourcing reliable suppliers for food & beverage, linens, equipment, and cleaning supplies; negotiating contracts and pricing; issuing purchase orders and ensuring timely deliveries. The role includes maintaining procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory reports; coordinating forecasts with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office; inspecting deliveries for quality and compliance; monitoring stock levels and enforcing procurement policies; and reporting on market trends and supplier performance to improve cost, quality, and reliability.
