Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Operations Executive to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our establishment. The Operations Executive will collaborate with various departments to optimize processes, enhance guest experiences, and contribute to the overall success of our hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to established standards. Implement and improve operational processes to enhance overall workflow.
- Guest Experience: Collaborate with customer service and front-line staff to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Resource Management: Coordinate and manage resources, including staff, equipment, and facilities, to meet operational requirements. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies.
- Staff Supervision: Provide leadership and supervision to operational staff. Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations.
- Quality Control: Monitor service quality and adherence to brand standards. Implement quality control measures to enhance the guest experience.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration between various departments. Work closely with the management team to implement strategic initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance and key metrics. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hospitality operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management software.
