Job Description

Aviel Suites invites applications for a Chef on a 12-month full-time/internship contract in Abuja. The role includes accommodation, benefits, and compensation from ₦100,00 per month.

• Plan budget-conscious, seasonal menus and ensure timely, high-quality food service.
• Oversee kitchen operations; coordinate, mentor, and train staff.
• Perform stocktaking, manage inventory, and place supply orders.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards; develop new recipes and track industry trends.
• Collect guest feedback and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements: prior experience as a working chef, proficiency in inventory control and resupply, and a reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Abuja.
