Job Description

A KYC Inventory Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining the Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation for a company or financial institution. They play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements by verifying customer identities and monitoring any changes to customer information.

Key responsibilities of a KYC Inventory Officer include:

  • Conducting thorough analysis and review of customer documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identifying and assessing any potential risks or discrepancies in customer profiles.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of customer information and documentation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any issues or inconsistencies in KYC data.
  • Producing reports and presenting findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of regulatory compliance procedures. Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and customer due diligence (CDD) processes is also highly desirable.
