Job Description
Ascentech Services Ltd is seeking a Hospital Operations Manager to oversee daily center operations, enforce SOPs, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize service quality and profitability. The role involves coordinating with clinical teams, managing budgets, leading and developing staff, supporting HR activities, and creating sales and marketing initiatives. You will serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, prepare performance reports, and monitor and improve operational and marketing processes.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Public Health, Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Experience: 5–7 years in healthcare operations; healthcare sales experience and certifications preferred
