Job Description
The Agric&Culture Company seeks a proactive Van Sales Officer to manage FMCG seasoning distribution to retail outlets across Lagos. The role involves delivering stock, collecting orders and cash, maintaining van inventory, executing in-store merchandising and POSM, expanding accounts, and reporting competitor activity and route performance.
- Requirements: SSCE/OND/NCE; 1–3 years FMCG or route-to-market experience; strong communication and basic numeracy; knowledge of the Lagos market; valid driving skills and a target-driven attitude.
- Offer: Competitive base salary from ₦180,00/month plus performance incentives, bonuses, HMO, housing allowance, training, and clear career progression. Full-time position.
