We seek an experienced Business Development Lead to drive sales growth and market presence for JOMAV Homes & Properties. The role requires developing and executing business strategies, generating and qualifying leads, and managing client relationships to influence decision makers.

• Oversee bid strategies and coordinate with headquarters and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and track industry trends.
• Recruit, train, and manage a regional Business Development team; apply consultative marketing principles.
• Ensure high-quality customer service to enhance brand reputation and satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time. Pay: ₦30,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month.
