Job Description
We are seeking a Team Lead, Investigations to lead a small team in conducting complex probes into fraud, compliance, and security incidents. You will manage case workflows, develop investigation strategies, coordinate with legal and operations partners, and present clear, evidence-based findings to stakeholders.
- Minimum 5+ years in investigative roles with proven leadership
- Strong analytical reasoning, interviewing, and evidence-handling skills
- Experience with digital forensics and case management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to mentor investigators
