Job Description
The Building Company is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to accurately verify supplier invoices, maintain sundry supplier records, process Kerridge-generated remittances, and prepare the monthly QPD accrual spreadsheet. The role includes managing payments, performing reconciliations, handling credit applications, and resolving invoice investigations and queries. The successful candidate will actively promote and uphold company values and culture.
Requirements: High school diploma, completion of a basic accounting course, and 1–2 years of experience in a finance environment. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and familiarity with accounting systems are essential.
