Job Description
We are seeking a Property Systems Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot building systems, including Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC controls, access control, CCTV, and networked sensors.
- Perform inspections, software updates, system integrations, preventive maintenance, and respond to service requests.
- Coordinate with vendors and facilities staff, document work clearly, and maintain accurate records.
- Required: technical diploma or equivalent experience, strong electrical and networking skills, and familiarity with BAS, PLCs, and IP security systems.
- Must be available for on-call duty, able to lift equipment, and travel between sites. HVAC controls or IT certification is a plus.
