HR And Its People seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policy implementation for our real estate operations in Victoria Garden City, Lagos. This full-time, on-site role requires setting and managing revenue-linked KPIs, recruiting and onboarding staff, driving performance improvements, and establishing HR structures.

• Requirements: Proven HR management experience and strong KPI-driven performance management skills.
• Location & Salary: On-site in VGC, Lagos. ₦300,00–₦400,00/month.
