Job Description
We are seeking a Fashion Quality Control and Finishing Supervisor to lead garment inspection and finishing operations, ensuring product quality, final trims, packaging, and timely delivery.
- Supervise QC and finishing staff; conduct pre- and post-production inspections
- Identify defects, implement corrective actions, and maintain quality documentation
- Coordinate with production and sourcing teams to meet deadlines and standards
- Qualifications: 3+ years in apparel quality control, strong fabric and sewing knowledge, attention to detail, leadership, and proficiency in reporting
