Job Description
Greywood Hotels & Apartments seeks a vigilant, reliable Experienced Hotel Security Officer for a full-time role. The officer will protect guests, staff, and property by conducting routine patrols of entrances, corridors, and parking areas; monitoring CCTV and alarm systems; controlling access and verifying identification; and responding promptly to incidents and emergencies.
Responsibilities also include escorting guests when required; coordinating closely with the front desk, maintenance, and management; preparing clear incident reports and logs; assisting with evacuations and safety drills; enforcing hotel policies; and providing professional customer service while ensuring health and safety compliance.
