Job Description
Workinnigeria seeks an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead event and gifting operations on Lagos Island. The role will streamline processes, oversee service delivery and packaging, drive team performance, maintain client relationships, and improve customer retention. You will set strategic objectives, monitor KPIs and budgets, analyze financials, and support recruitment and staff training to boost daily sales and execution quality.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; minimum 3 years in operations or team leadership (SME sales/marketing experience preferred).
- Skills: Proficient in MS Word/Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable with digital tools and social media.
- Employment: Full-time. Salary: ₦250,00 per month.
