House 32 Suites seeks a mature, responsible, and experienced General Hotel Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure exceptional service across all departments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ proven hotel experience, strong leadership, sound judgment, and thorough operational knowledge.

• Supervise daily operations, staff performance, and attendance
• Maintain service, cleanliness, safety, and policy compliance
• Resolve guest complaints and coordinate rosters and shifts
• Support training, evaluations, equipment maintenance, and reporting
