PWAN Group seeks a full-time Customer Service Executive to handle high-volume inbound calls, generate leads, assess client needs, build lasting relationships, resolve complaints calmly and professionally, maintain accurate records, and meet sales and call targets.

• Qualifications: B.Sc or HND; minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Skills: excellent phone and email etiquette, strong verbal and written communication, effective complaint de-escalation; MS Office proficiency is a plus.
