Job Description
We are seeking a Compounding Weighing Lead to ensure accurate weighing and preparation of materials within the compounding team. The position supervises staff, enforces SOPs and GMP, maintains batch records, performs quality checks, and manages raw material inventory.
- Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy or chemistry technician certificate preferred; minimum 3 years’ experience in compounding or pharmaceutical weighing roles.
- Skills: strong attention to detail, basic math proficiency, leadership, excellent communication, and familiarity with GMP and safety procedures.
- Working conditions: standing shifts, mandatory PPE use, and responsibility for accuracy under production timelines.
