Job Description

We seek a Grants and Project Manager to lead proposal development, steward a portfolio of grants, and oversee project implementation and reporting. The successful candidate will ensure donor compliance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver timely progress and financial reports.

• Lead identification of funding opportunities and prepare proposals and budgets.
• Manage grant administration, donor relations, and compliance.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years in grant management, strong writing and budgeting skills, proven project management experience, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication with stakeholders. Competitive salary, benefits, and hybrid or remote work options are offered.
