Job Description

Our client, an Islamic lifestyle brand, seeks a full-time Customer Service Assistant to oversee daily store operations and provide professional customer support. Responsibilities include responding promptly to Instagram, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries; maintaining store presentation; preparing and fulfilling orders; coordinating with delivery agents; confirming payments and deliveries; issuing quotes and checking availability; and complying with company policies.

  • Requirements: excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, proven customer service experience, ability to work long hours under pressure, flexibility, and solid organizational and digital skills.
  • Schedule: four days per week on a rotating roster. Salary: ₦90,00/month.
