Job Description
Don Quester Consulting is seeking a full-time Grill Chef for our Ojota, Lagos location. The successful candidate will prepare and season meats, poultry, fish, seafood, and vegetables; monitor grill temperatures and cooking times; and ensure consistent portioning, plating, presentation, and strict food safety and hygiene. Responsibilities include maintaining the grill station, assisting with inventory control and waste reduction, and collaborating closely with kitchen staff to support service demands.
- Requirements: SSCE minimum (OND or culinary training preferred)
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Grill Chef or similar
- Strong grilling skills, ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen, effective communication, and food safety knowledge
Salary: ₦120,00–₦150,00 per month. In-person role.
