Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Relationship Officer to cultivate client relationships, onboard new customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure ongoing satisfaction. You will coordinate with internal teams, design retention initiatives, and monitor account health through regular reporting.
- Experience: 1–2 years in client-facing roles
