We seek an experienced Area PayGo Phone Supervisor based in Bauchi to lead field sales and operational support for pay-as-you-go mobile products. The role requires managing a small sales team, coaching agents, monitoring targets, troubleshooting technical and customer issues, and preparing performance reports.

• Minimum 2 years in mobile sales or PayGo operations
• Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, and basic technical aptitude
• Proven ability to meet targets and improve team performance
• Willingness to travel throughout the Bauchi area
