Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head of Technical to lead engineering and product infrastructure, define architecture strategy, and ensure scalable, secure systems.
- Lead technical teams, oversee deployments, mentor staff, and drive hiring.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations to deliver the technical roadmap and establish best practices for CI/CD, security, and cloud platforms.
- Manage budget oversight, monitor KPIs, and report technical progress to stakeholders.
Requirements: 8+ years in engineering, 3+ years in leadership, strong background in distributed systems, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and security. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Preferred: degree in Computer Science or related field and experience with Agile methodologies. This role reports to the CTO.
