You will develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, coach and mentor staff, manage key accounts, and oversee after-sales support. Responsibilities include forecasting, analyzing performance metrics, handling escalations, training personnel, and collaborating with marketing to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales management experience, proven leadership and communication skills, a strong customer focus, and proficiency with CRM systems.
