Job Description
Stratify Consults, a small business in Ifako Ijaiye, Lagos, seeks an experienced Operations Manager for a full-time role (under 10 employees). Salary: ₦160,00–₦200,00/month.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and scheduling.
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency; manage inventory, budgets, and resources.
- Track expenses, prepare basic operational reports, and ensure quality control and compliance.
Requirements: proven operations or administrative management experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, ability to multitask and work independently, basic financial and reporting knowledge, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
