Job Description
MBZ Technology is seeking proactive, empathetic Customer Support Agents to act as the first point of contact for clients using our SaaS platform. You will resolve inquiries via chat, email, and phone; guide users through setup, troubleshooting, and everyday use; escalate complex technical issues; and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Qualifications: strong verbal and written communication, patience, the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, and a collaborative mindset.
