Job Description
The Network Real Estate – Site Acquisition role involves acquiring suitable sites for the installation of network infrastructure. As a site acquisition professional, you will work closely with the real estate team to identify and negotiate the lease or purchase agreements for the network sites.
Your responsibilities will include conducting site surveys, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and ensuring compliance with zoning and regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate the site selection process and manage vendor relationships.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of real estate laws and regulations, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are also essential for effectively working with various stakeholders in this field.
Experience in the telecommunications industry or network infrastructure development is highly desirable. A bachelor’s degree in real estate, urban planning, or a related field is generally required.
