Job Description

Just Ballers is seeking a dedicated part-time Football Coach to lead U16 sessions at our Surulere training center every Friday. The successful candidate will plan and deliver structured technical and tactical training, promote teamwork and discipline, monitor player development, and ensure a safe coaching environment in line with club standards.

• Responsibilities: session planning, player assessment, behavior management, safety compliance
• Qualifications: experience coaching youth (U16 preferred), strong leadership and communication skills; coaching certification advantageous
