Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. You will oversee accounting operations, supervise a small finance team, ensure regulatory compliance, implement internal controls, and coordinate audits.
- Manage cash flow, month-end close, variance analysis, and KPI tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with strong analytical and leadership skills
- Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel; excellent communication and attention to detail required
