One Step Ahead is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive room sales, secure long-stay and corporate contracts, and grow F&B revenue via private dining, events, and bulk orders. The role will develop and manage partnerships with corporations, embassies, NGOs, airlines, banks, travel agents, and lifestyle brands; negotiate corporate rates; monitor competitors and market trends; maintain a qualified sales pipeline; and provide weekly and monthly forecasts.

• Qualifications: Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel or B2B sales, strong negotiation and networking skills, and a revenue-focused mindset.
• Full-time role; candidate must relocate to or be able to commute to Abuja.
