Job Description
We are seeking a Telemarketing Supervisor to oversee daily telemarketing operations, motivate and coach a sales team, and ensure sales targets are met. Responsibilities include monitoring call quality and CRM accuracy, coaching agents to improve conversions, setting and tracking daily/weekly/monthly goals, preparing performance reports, and handling escalated customer issues. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, sales and customer engagement experience, demonstrated performance monitoring and coaching skills, effective time management, and proficiency with CRM and basic business software. Minimum OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree and proven telemarketing or call center supervisory experience required. This full-time role emphasizes process improvement, productivity, and maintaining a positive team environment.
