Vodstra Ltd is seeking an experienced Facility Manager in Lagos to supervise property maintenance, coordinate vendors and contractors, manage tenant relations, ensure safety and security, oversee budgets and contract negotiations, supervise renovations, maintain regulatory compliance, lead staff, and keep accurate records. This full-time position requires a B.Sc. in Real Estate Management, Urban & Regional Planning, Engineering, or a related field, plus a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience and proven background managing estates or residential apartment complexes. Strong project management and communication skills are essential. Compensation: ₦250,00–₦400,00 per month.
